At HanisBeauty.shop, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. When Can You Return a Product?
A return or replacement may be accepted if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged.
The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
The product is significantly different from what you ordered.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging should be available where applicable.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Do not send the product back without receiving return instructions from HanisBeauty.
3. Beauty & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care products generally cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please check the product carefully before opening or using it.
4. Refunds & Replacements
After reviewing your return request, HanisBeauty may offer:
A replacement product, if available; or
A refund, where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you regarding the appropriate refund method if your refund is approved.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
The return request is made after 7 days.
The product was damaged because of improper use or storage.
The product is missing its original packaging where required.
